In order to help candidates meet the CISA requirements, ISACA allows them to substitute up to 3 years out of the five years experience with the following substitution.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university that enforces the ISACA - sponsored Model Curricula
- 2- year waiver
120 university semester credit which is equivalent to 4 years of bachelor’s degree.
- 3-year waiver
To waive 3 years you can use a master’s degree or a postgraduate degree in information systems or a related field.
CISA passing score
CISA exam is graded on a scale of 200- 800 points in order to pass a candidate must earn a minimum score of 450 or higher.
CISA exam fee
You need to register for the CISA exam. The fee for early registration for the ISACA member is $415 and for non-members is $545. Final registration for members is $465 and non-members are $595.
